Megan Stockman: Contemporary Trapeze

Aerialist:
Megan Stockman is a contemporary ballet dancer who believes aerial is an extension of dancing. She carries the story through her movement so every step has a motive. Every act has a theme, an idea, a concept. She explains the importance of the 'backbone' to her work. The featured act, ''Love Lost Dust' is a personal story that many can relate to. This piece has been performed at multiple performing arts centers around the country, various music festivals and art museums. Megan believes that Momentum is the push of life. It's what drives us forward. Trapeze is one of the greatest examples of momentum.
